Creative Director
19 hours agoLead creative strategy and execution for a portfolio of consumer lifestyle brands. You’ll manage a team of 12 across brand, motion, and copy — owning creative output end-to-end from pitch to campaign launch.
This role reports directly to the Chief Creative Officer. NYC-based, 4 days/week in our SoHo studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative direction for 5–7 retained clients across consumer lifestyle.
- Manage and grow a cross-discipline team of 12 (brand, motion, copy).
- Present top-tier creative work directly to client founders and CMOs.
- Partner with the new-business team on pitches and pilot engagements.
- Shape our point of view — industry talks, thought leadership, and the studio’s voice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of creative experience with 3+ in a leadership role.
- Portfolio showing work across brand, campaign, and integrated channels.
- Proven track record of leading and retaining creative teams of 8+.
- Strong presenter — comfortable in the room with C-suite stakeholders.
- Based in NYC or willing to relocate by start date.
