Senior Brand Designer
19 hours agoWe’re hiring a Senior Brand Designer to lead identity work for early-stage clients across tech, consumer, and lifestyle. You’ll own the brand from kickoff to launch: positioning inputs, logo exploration, type systems, color, voice, and the full guidelines document that ships at the end.
This is a senior IC role. You’ll partner directly with founders and our Creative Director, run your own meetings, and be trusted to make the call on design direction.
Responsibilities
- Lead 3â5 full brand identity projects in parallel, from kickoff workshops through launch.
- Present concepts directly to founders and stakeholders with a clear rationale.
- Build logo systems, type pairings, color palettes, and visual language libraries.
- Produce final brand guideline documents and asset handoffs.
- Mentor junior designers through weekly critiques and portfolio reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of agency or studio brand design experience.
- Portfolio with at least 3 shipped identity systems you led end-to-end.
- Fluent in Figma and the Adobe suite; comfortable in After Effects a plus.
- Strong typographic sensibility and an opinion about type.
- Clear written and verbal communication â you’ll be in front of clients.
